What is the return policy?


All sales are refundable on unworn garments resealed in their original clear package. For any issues or a change of heart, email us within 15 days requesting a refund or exchange. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage. Clothing should be in new condition for returns. We’ll split the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the house.


When does my order ship?


All orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days.


When will I receive my order?


You will receive order in 5 – 7 business days.


What do I do if I never received my order?


Contact us and we will inquire with our shipper. If the missing order is not found, a refund for store credit is yours to redeem.


What do I do if I received a defective order?


Please photograph the defect and email us at [email protected]. Once we receive documentation of the defect, we will refund your order amount as store credit. 


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?


The quickest way to make a change is to contact us and we’ll make the changes you request to the best of our ability. Any change should be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order.


How is the Art made? Where do the materials come from?


All art is produced at BUSHMADE Studio by lead designer and creative director iusa K. We use a couple of processes to bring our ideas to form. Check product description for more info.


Our garments and materials are sourced from suppliers located in the U.S.


How do I make sure I order the right size?


Sizing charts and fit model references are available within the product photo carousel.
